Welcome to mu33. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mu33 ("mu33", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at mu33.cam.

mu33 is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Malaysia, including users located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and surrounding areas. The Platform offers sports betting, live casino, slot games, lottery, arcade games, and related entertainment services.

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the personal account registered by a Player on the mu33 Platform, used to access games, manage funds, and participate in promotions.
• "Platform" — the mu33 website at mu33.cam, including all associated mobile-optimised pages, features, and services.
• "Player" / "User" — any natural person who has registered a valid Account on the Platform and meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake placed by a Player on a game, sporting event, or other outcome offered by the Platform.
• "Funds" — the balance held within a Player's Account, including deposited amounts, bonus credits, and winnings, subject to applicable withdrawal terms.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, reload bonus, or other incentive granted to a Player by the Platform, subject to separate bonus terms and conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer procedures required to verify a Player's identity, age, and payment details in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region in which the Platform is not permitted to offer services, as determined by us from time to time.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

To register an Account and use the mu33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mu33 strictly prohibits access to and use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process, and Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended and all associated funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with any applicable local laws in your country or territory of residence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of mu33, any affiliated company, or any software or service provider to the Platform, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform or have had a prior Account terminated by mu33 for breach of these Terms.
• You must hold a valid and verified payment method capable of transacting in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or an accepted cryptocurrency.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts associated with the same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of funds.

At the time of registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify us promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. mu33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

The mu33 Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. By using the Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment and not for any commercial, professional, or institutional purpose.
• You accept full financial responsibility for all wagers, bets, and transactions made through your Account. Gambling involves financial risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose the entirety of funds deposited.
• You will not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any game, bonus, promotional offer, or technical vulnerability of the Platform.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to artificially influence the outcome of any game or to extract value from the Platform in an unintended manner.
• You will not access the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or similar technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or Platform security measures.
• You acknowledge that all game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by live dealer activity, and that past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

mu33 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels:

• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and other participating banks via Financial Process Exchange (FPX).
• DuitNow: Real-time interbank fund transfers via the DuitNow payment rail.
• e-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), and Litecoin (LTC). Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to applicable network confirmation requirements and fees.

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the Platform's Cashier section at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. mu33 does not accept third-party deposits.

mu33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, that follow irregular Account activity, or that trigger internal fraud or anti-money laundering checks. In such cases, additional verification may be required and processing times may be extended accordingly.

mu33 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing at the time the bonus is issued.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, a wagering requirement applies before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are issued in MYR or as a percentage of a qualifying deposit, up to the maximum amount stated in the promotion. Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only.
• Only one (1) bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players may not combine bonuses unless the relevant promotion expressly permits combination.
• mu33 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus at any time in the event of suspected abuse, misuse, or where the Player has breached these Terms.
• The Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus (2% bonus up to MYR 688) is available to Players who make a qualifying deposit via BTC, ETH, USDT, or LTC. Standard wagering requirements apply. Full terms are available in the Promotions section of the Platform.

The following general rules apply to all wagers and gaming activity on the mu33 Platform. Specific rules for individual game categories — including sports betting, live casino, slots, poker, and lottery — are published within the relevant game interface or help section of the Platform.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. mu33 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except where explicitly provided for in the specific game or event rules.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until the wager is confirmed by the system. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation constitute the applicable odds for that wager.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a wager, mu33 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account.
• Live Casino games are conducted by independent dealer operators. Where a dispute arises regarding the outcome of a live dealer game, the decision of the dealer and the operator's system log shall be final.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all game categories. These limits are displayed within the respective game interface and may be subject to change without prior notice.
• Liga Super Malaysia and EPL betting markets are offered subject to the specific event rules applicable to each competition. Settlement is based on the official result at the time the market closes.

mu33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gambling measures are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Players may configure session reminders and time-based alerts to help monitor the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period or permanently may request self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the selected period.
• Cool-Off Period: A short-term break of 24 hours to 30 days may be applied to an Account on request without permanent exclusion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mu33 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account per person, device, or household;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the Platform's security systems, databases, or source code;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to exploit the Platform;
• Using automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or bots to place wagers or interact with the Platform without authorisation;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's favour;
• Allowing, facilitating, or encouraging access to or use of your Account by any third party.

All content on the mu33 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, text, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual materials — is the property of mu33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content obtained from the Platform without the express prior written consent of mu33.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mu33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling decisions made on the Platform;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Maybank, CIMB, FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Loss of data, games, or historical account records following Account termination pursuant to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit mu33's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

mu33 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate a Player's Account with or without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct connected to the Account;
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information at registration or during verification;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• A formal self-exclusion request by the Account holder or a legal notice from an authorised third party.

Upon termination, any real money balance remaining in the Account (exclusive of bonus funds and wagering requirement-locked amounts) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

mu33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a notice displayed prominently on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws applicable to the operation of the mu33 Platform. Any dispute arising between you and mu33 in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, both parties agree to pursue resolution through the applicable dispute resolution mechanisms.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation. Players in Malaysia retain all rights granted to them under Malaysian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (where applicable).
